1. PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

  1. This 0% commission offer is available to qualifying customers from 03.12.2018.
  2. The qualification period for 0% commission offer runs from 03.12.2018 with an end date of 31.12.23.

2. WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS OFFER

  1. Offer applies to first time BETDAQ customers only that are current premium OddsMonkey members who register with BETDAQ after 03.12.2018 playing on the Exchange aged over 18 years who have not previously accepted a bonus offer.
  2. This promotion is not available to API or RDT customers.
  3. This promotion is only available to customers who registered from an accepted territory, as per BETDAQ’s terms and conditions.

3. HOW TO CLAIM THIS OFFER

  1. Offer must be accessed through OddsMonkey landing page.
  2. New customers must [opt-in] to this offer upon registering using the exclusive code.
  3. 0% commission will be applied within 48 hours
  4. If this code is not entered the account will run at the standard 2% commission rate.

4. 0% COMMISSION OFFER SPECIFIC CONDITIONS

  1. Customers’ accounts will function at a reduced commission rate of 0% from the
    initial time of registration until 31.12.23
  2. Betdaq retain the right to withdraw 0% commission at any time based on individual
    circumstances.
  3. 0% Commission will not apply to Multiples or Enhanced Odds markets.
  4. Customers can only avail of the promotion once.
  5. Once promotion period ends (31.12.23) customers will return to the standard 2% commission rate minus the commission points they have earned.
  6. Funds must be risked on the Exchange, and cannot be bet against your own account.
  7. Promotion is not available to BETDAQ API or RDT customers (Trading Tool users are eligible).
  8. Duplicate accounts will not count towards this promotion. Only one use of this promotion per account/household/IP address/device.
  9. This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other BETDAQ promotion.
  10. Any customer who is deemed in BETDAQ’s sole discretion to be abusing these promotional terms and conditions will not be eligible for the 0% Commission Rate and that account will be set to a standard rate of Commission for the remainder of the Promotional Period.

5. IMPORTANT TERMS
