Simon Cowell and his group Rak-Su are the new odds-on favourites to be taking the X Factor crown.
A group has only won the X Factor once with Little Mix taking the honours in 2011 under Tulisa’s tutelage, but now X Factor supermo Cowell is tipped to take the honours for a third time having won it previously with Ben Haenow and Leona Lewis.
Rak-Su have emerged from the pack after winning the public vote for the second week running and the R&B foursome are now odds-on to win ahead of previous front-runner Grace Davies.
“The new format means we get to see a weekly winner and from that, unlike previous years, we not only know who the public don’t like but more importantly who they like,” said OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton.
“It not surprising that the Bookmakers have cut Rak-Su to such an extent that seems them around 10/11. If they win again this week that will go even sure as the Punters will be jumping on at that price.
“Likewise the winning judge market has Simon odds-on, he is around 5/6 – which isn’t surprising.”
