The Celebrity Big Brother line-up has seen the introduction of a host of new faces, including the first men to enter the house in 2018 – and the odds have also seen a big change.
A week after the initial group, all women, entered the house – they were joined by their male housemates and Bookmakers are now favouring a man taking the honours.
Favourite for the title is now Drag Queen Courtney Act – also known as Shane Janek, ahead of former Apprentice star Andrew Brady and Boyzone singer Shane Lynch.
“As we suspected from the start, the CBB market is a volatile one and straightaway we see four men at the front of the market with previous favourite Maggie Oliver out to 10/1,” said OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton.
“Courtney Act is a very short price at 2/1, she has a big following on Social Media with nearly a quarter of a million followers on Twitter alone, that sort of support could be hard to beat and clearly the Bookmakers think there is a real chance the Australian will take the title.
“But given the odds at the head of the market, it does suggest there could be some major value elsewhere.”
