Liverpool’s wonderful run of form in the Premier League continues at a pace, but can Jurgen Klopp’s men keep it up and make history.
The Reds are now 27 games unbeaten in the Premier League, whilst also being 44 games unbeaten at Anfield.
But Liverpool still have little way to go to make the record books.
The longest unbeaten run is 49 games, which was achieved by Arsenal’s Invincibles in 2004 – before Manchester United denied them the chance to make it 50 games.
However, some believe that Liverpool have a realistic chance of going the season undefeated and Bookmakers have priced them up at 20/1 to do just that.
Klopp’s side also remain odds-on to win the Premier League title at 4/5.
OddsMonkey spokesman Peter Watton commented: “Liverpool are looking fantastic at the moment, odds-on for the title and they came from behind in superb fashion to be Tottenham.
“Liverpool’s unbeaten record of 44 games doesn’t look like ending soon, but could they go undefeated – 20/1 seems generous but with Manchester City on the horizon in early November, if they avoid defeat in that game the odds will change drastically.”
Selected Premier League odds:
Liverpool to go unbeaten in Premier League this season – 20/1
Liverpool to win the Premier League this season – 4/5
