OddsMonkey are a leading service focused on helping people make money online using a subscription based model providing access to tools, support, guides and a community for Matched Betting.
Since 2011 OddsMonkey has helped over 250,000 members begin their matched betting journey.
The business has experienced rapid growth over the last few years and we are on the lookout for an experienced and motivated Marketing Manager to join the company.
Who are we looking for?
OddsMonkey are looking to drive acquisition and revenue growth by further developing an established marketing capability.
The right candidate will develop, implement, maintain and run marketing activity / campaigns with the primary objective of driving acquisition and increasing revenue whilst also building on brand awareness of OddsMonkey.
They will be focused, experienced and ambitious, with a strong “can do” attitude, and a determination to team up with others to make an impact.
Responsibilities:
- Have full responsibility for the marketing proposition, working with an existing small team, agency relationships and media suppliers to support the growth strategy
- Leading the development of tactical and long-term marketing strategies with both a proactive and reactive approach to channel acquisition opportunities
- Be responsible for defining, managing and optimising all marketing acquisition channels utilising own skillset, agencies and the internal team
- Report regularly to the board about campaigns, channel performance, testing and innovation within the marketing capability
- Contribute towards and manage delivery of the SEO strategy with agency and internal team
- Monitor and optimise acquisition and retention customer journeys inc. site behaviour, onboarding, CRO
- Manage a small internal marketing team
- Manage and maximise effectiveness of agency relationships
- Occasional UK travel where business requires
Requirements:
- Experience handling media budgets to plan and execute cross channel marketing strategies
- Ideally a minimum of 3 years experience within a marketing role with a paid media skew.
- Experience managing strategy, delivery and optimisation of digital paid media channels is essential (Paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing) ,
- Google Analytics analysis and reporting experience is essential.
- Team management experience is essential
- Wider digital marketing knowledge is essential (programmatic display, email marketing, influencer campaigns)
- Wider marketing channel knowledge is preferred (Digital OOH, ATL channels, Traditional media)
