I cancelled my monthly subscription and they still fraudulently took the money from my account. My request for a refund was refused despite me providing evidence of my cancellation email. They actually claimed that they "didn't believe" my evidence and proceeded to just argue with me instead. I found most of their guides are outdated junk that will simply get you banned from the betting sites... it's the community which holds this shamble of a website together, as the staff don't update the guides and rely on the community to do it for them. Don't make my mistake and ignore the negative reviews. Seriously... don't give them your money. Ultimately I decided that arguing with them for a refund wasn't worth my time, so chargeback with my bank was issued.
